KOREMICO managers are active in my three levels:
-Project Operations Managers
The structure and organization developed by operational managers are as follows:
Project manager ;
A project manager is the KOREMICO responsible for leading a project from its inception to execution. This includes planning, execution and managing the people, resources and scope of the project. Project managers must have the discipline to create clear and attainable objectives and to see them through to successful completion. The project manager has full responsibility and authority to complete the assigned project.
There are many certifications offered in project management from a variety of organizations. These include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and Program Management Professional (PgMP)

– Workshop Supervisor

As the Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision of workshop employees to ensure that all work is completed in compliance with Company quality and safety standards, Company values, and current Company policies and procedures. This includes overseeing work orders and shop jobs to ensure successful completion, as well as, ensuring workshop personnel complete accurate requisitions as required for work orders, and assigned duties in order to meet operational requirements and delivery dates. Coordinates and directs the service department technicians for maximum efficiency and productivity

– Contract Management

contract management position which requires knowledge and experience Acquisition Regulations and supplements and other international tradeing and Government contracting issues, will ensure proper acquisition and fulfillment of contracts in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
Contract Manager in KOREMICO Responsibility for the preparation and arranging of contracts with the employer and other partners and contractors, as well as the preparation of the metras, is the responsibility of the parties, the minutes, the agenda, and other related matters, and it must provide the proper structure for the performance of the assigned task.

– Project Control Manager

Project Controls are the data gathering, data management and analytical processes used to predict, understand and constructively influence the time and cost outcomes of a project or programme; through the communication of information in formats that assist effective management and decision making.”
in KOREMICO project managers can use project control systems to minimize the gap between project planning and project implementation and to realize a product that meets a client’s goals.

Middle Managers
intermediate managers report directly to top-level executives. Their task is to manage supervisors, and they play the role of the Voice Interface between top executives and operational executives. Most of the time for middle managers is to analyze data, prepare information for decision making, turn management decisions into specific projects for supervisors, and direct the results of the work of operational managers.
In KOREMICO ,who manages at least one subordinate level of managers, and reports to a higher level of managers within the organization. The duties of a middle manager typically include the implementation of strategic directives of upper-level managers at operational level, supervising subordinate managers and employees to ensure smooth operation of the company.

SENIOR MANAGERS
The senior manager is responsible for all management tasks of the organization. Executive executives define and manage the organization’s policies and incorporate relationships among organizational units. This small group includes the CEO, deputy and his deputies.
