As a part of overall restructuring, koremico set up a specialized machinery and equipment department in 2018 which charged with the task of managing the company’s growing fleet. The main goal of reorganization was increasing the responsiveness to the constantly changing requirements of project execution, achieve the greater flexibility & efficiency and allow the managers to focus on the financial and technical aspects of the project. The new program utilized for computer systems to create scheduling, including quality and visual inspections. However, its cornerstone of success is using the vibration analysis, infratography and tribology (oil analysis) to detect and correct problems prior to failure occurring. Our Machinery and Equipment Department is firmly committed to the principle that service and maintenance shouldn’t be looked as income draining. Rather, they should be considered as a contribution to output. Moreover, the department establishes a win-win relationship with all project managers in order to implement its maintenance programs successfully.
Also, this department is machinery and equipment organization in Iran for receiving certification of supply, support and maintenance of machinery and equipment in mines’ section.
